Jan 15th, 2024: Truth & Beauty Can Be Found in the Past

Some individuals are fascinated by old vehicles; they attend car shows to admire other people's collections or search online for abandoned cars, finding pleasure in restoring them

I appreciate the hard work that enthusiasts invest in their hobbies, showcasing tremendous commitment and discipline. It might be beneficial for us to reflect on the various vehicles God has historically used to care for us. Many overlook the fact that universities were started by Christians who valued truth. Hospitals, too, have a deep-rooted Christian tradition of caring for the sick and suffering.

In the current discourse on human sexuality on university campuses, truth has shifted from being objective to subjective. My subjective perception of my own identity defines who I am. There is nothing objective about it, and chaos could ensue if everyone had the right to declare their identity based on daily preferences.

The university is in dire need of correction and redemption; otherwise, it will no longer be the revered institution it once was.

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare[a] and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." - Jeremiah 29:11
