Jan 10th, 2023: Waiting....
We tell ourselves that we need to wait for God.
Somehow it is more challenging than we thought.
Waiting does not give us the feeling of being in control.
We should be able to make the next move, and we need to be bold.
Waiting does not give us the answer we need.
We decide to make up one as we proceed.
Waiting demands our patience and trust.
We are not sure it is helpful not to rush.
Waiting gives a sense that we are missing out.
We take a moment and decide to go ahead with our doubts.
Waiting makes us feel indecisive.
Action-oriented life can be so addictive.
Maybe we want to have the final say about life after all.
That was the beginning of our initial fall.
We might learn Godly perspectives when we wait.
New visions and fresh understanding will erase our evil bait.
Isaiah 40:31
“But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.”
