Sept 5th, 2022: Lamenting

Who can we trust these days?

Abuse, Self-Promoting Attitude, Corruption, and Lies from our leaders have been the reasons for our dismay.

Being a politician now is worse than being a prostitute.

Politicians can take their policies and put them down in a chute.

They open their mouths, and we become bewildered.

Their lies are so outrageous that our minds start to wander.

They pretend to be for their people

Their narcissistic behaviors have been lethal.

They cannot discern between good and evil.

They have no consideration for what is ethical.

Our nations are basically without hope.

We have no moral fiber to confront our destructive slope.

We can't honestly address environmental challenges when we ignore the reality of sin.

We cannot define human rights by propaganda and human philosophy of who is out and in.

Where are good leaders these days?

Maybe there were all aborted before they could have a say.

"How deserted lies the city,

    once so full of people!

How like a widow is she,

    who once was great among the nations!

She who was queen among the provinces

    has now become a slave."
