Oct 22nd, 2023: Whose Side God Is On?

Who profits amidst intense human suffering? I ponder whether those manufacturing these highly destructive weapons possess any principles. Do they concern themselves with who emerges victorious in a conflict as long as they can sell their products to both sides?

People who passionately assert their rights and pursue victory at any cost often fall victim to the belief that they are unquestionably right. Evil permeates all sides as our world becomes increasingly spiritually corrupted. No nation can genuinely claim to have God on its side.

We've ensnared ourselves in a destructive darkness in the absence of spirituality. We believe we know what's right, only to realize we've strayed from being His people. We and our enemies might collectively become adversaries of God.

Let us pray for the clarity of spirit, the humility of heart, and the serenity of mind to discern God's will in a world dominated by human disobedience. 

Psalms 118:6-7 

"The LORD is with me; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me? The LORD is with me; he is my helper."
