Aug 8th, 2023: Waiting for God

Waiting for God may not be simple,

Seeking to see His action in the world, making more than a dimple.

Understanding His will demands tremendous faith,

Resisting the world's baits, we stay on the faithful path.

Longing for God's revelation, amid uncertainty we persist,

Facing our inner struggles, never giving up in the midst.

Hearing His voice in the noisy jungle is exhausting,

Yet we pray, knowing the task is daunting.

Being with God is what our souls truly need,

Resting in His guiding leads, we are freed.

Hope becomes the ultimate test of faith,

Recalling our journey with Him, from the beginning till late.

With unwavering trust, we claim He's always with us,

No force can take away that eternal compass.
