April 11th, 2023: Being With God and With One Another

 

When we listen to one another, we acknowledge that we belong to each other.

When we pay attention to one another, we walk through life challenges together.

When we are willing to carry one another's burdens, our love for the world goes deeper.

When we are free from the burden of the self, we become aware of our need for the redeemer.

When we are able to walk away from the darkness of our souls, the hope of our day grows brighter.

When we learn how to humble ourselves in the presence of God, He will lift us higher.

"For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them." - Matthew 18: 20

"One who is righteous is a guide to his neighbor, but the way of the wicked leads them astray." - Proverbs 12: 26
