March 8th, 2023: Spies Among Us

 

We were aware of Chinese spies among us when we were holding bible study groups with Chinese students on campus in the mid-'80s. It was not a surprise to us, and we anticipated that. It was not that hard for us to see who were spies among these students.

It is ignorant to deny or to pretend that the Chinese government's attempts to penetrate our nation are not credible. It is even more baffling to witness our government fail to take our national intelligence agency seriously. The current government seems not to take anyone's advice seriously except for the necessity of its own existence.

We are engaging in the battle of fighting for what is true. Our national freedom will continue to be compromised when our governments insist on ignoring and masquerading the truth. Chinese interference in Canada is nothing compared to the tolerance and acceptance of lies. We need to have the courage to stand for the truth.
