March 15th, 2023: Who Do We Trust?

 

Another big bank bites the dust.

People rushed to get their money out, but he bank doors shut.

Many start-up businesses now have a hard time meeting the payroll.

Investors' emotion is out of control.

We wonder what happens to keep the balance sheet healthy.

We are left with the thought that it is fishy.

Maybe it won't be the last one we see in the next little while.

Many new business ventures take us for a ride.

We take a look at the nature of greed.

We know what will happen when we sow the wrong kinds of seeds.

Some people now feel things in their lives are collapsing.

They have many questions, and answers are hardly forming.

We all have dreams about better futures.

We have given our lives into the hands of vultures.

Trust not in the knowledge of this world.

It is the wisdom of who is our Lord?

"While people are saying, “There is peace and security,” then sudden destruction will come upon them as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape." - 1 Thessalonians 5:3
