Jan 16th, 2023: Running to God

People have been talking about their worries.

They cannot see beyond their uncertainties.

Life after Covid proves to be challenging for some.

Some people wonder how things have become.

We don't seem to be able to trust.

Our democratic bubble has also become burst.

Cynicism has also found its way to the psyche of the mass.

Governments don't seem to be up to their tasks.

News networks have in many ways lost their voices.

It is no one's fault but their own choices.

Conversations about vaccination continue.

Some facts are indeed overdue.

Things don't seem to make sense.

Flying has become far more intense.

Our luggage might get where we want to go before us.

We can lose them for days, and everyone starts making a fuss.

We need to wait on God and hear His voice.

Other options will be vain choices.

Proverbs 3: 6-11

"Listen for God's voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; he's the

one who will keep you on track. Don't assume that you know it all. Run to God! Run from evil! Your body will glow with health, your very bones will vibrate with life! Honor God with everything you own; give him the first and the best. Your barns will burst, and your wine vats will brim over. But don't, dear friend, resent God's discipline; don't sulk under his loving correction."
