Dec 29th, 2022: Life Contrast

 Life is full of contrast.

Some might even consider it a blast.

Just a few days ago, we could hardly do anything outside.

The polar vortex showed its kind.

The weather swing brings along some challenges.

Our heads can be heavy and unbalanced.

Our human existence can also be a parade of contrast.

Our emotions, thoughts, and perceptions can change so fast.

The morning can be full of excitement.

We cannot say the same thing about the afternoon fire hydrant.

Our love of God is full of ups and downs.

It is the nature of living between knowing and not knowing for now.

Our belief in God's sovereignty helps us in these times.

It helps us with our stability when we travel through the turbulent sky.

Ephesians 6: 12

"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms."
