Dec 28th, 2022: Where is Our Airline True Leadership?

 

Where are the leaderships of these National carriers?

Flights are canceled, luggage is lost, and there are not enough workers.

Passengers are increasingly agitated.

They cannot re-book their flights and have no idea of their fate.

Potential violence is a possibility.

People chant and demand accountability.

Desk and gate agents try their best to manage their situations.

Everyone is tired, frustrated, and wants to have some solutions.

We hear nothing from the CEOs and key managers.

It is time to take leadership and stop blaming Covid for your blunders.

Words are cheap.

So have the courage and take a responsible leap.

Apologies without intent are contempt.

It is time to show some honest attempt.
