Dec 26th, 2022: Boxing Day?

Boxing Day is nothing more than a shopping day.
Before online shopping existed, it was the day of the internal fray.

What are we looking for?
Something we miss? Something we adore?

How quickly do we forget?
Real human temptations we abet.

Rushing and hustling won't just get us in front of the line.
We experience more stress as we whine.

We need to stop and take deep breaths.
Leave online shopping alone and avoid our cerebral death.

Let us enjoy each other's presence.
Moment by moment, we have something more permanent.

Philippians 4: 8-9

"Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
