Sept 29th, 2022: Reclaim Our Identity

 

We want to be called fathers or mothers in any paper concerning our children.

Being "parent 1" or "parent 2" is nothing but an annoyance.

What is wrong with our culture?

We keep destroying the true meaning of our identity and have no future.

We want to be proud of our faith.

It confirms that God is both righteous and compassionate.

The true enemy of humanity will aim to destroy all that is noble and meaningful.

It wants us to be slaves to the wicked desire of our world.

We are proud to be a man or a woman with all of the essence of God's creation.

We don't want to be bothered by the unnecessary pronouns with all their pretensions.

God has given us names and identities.

We are grateful for His truth and mercy.

So let us stare at the darkness of this world with courage.

We don't have to compromise and end up living in bondage.

Maybe we have entered the crucial passage of our pilgrimage.

We are set free to the end of the age.

"For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body ruled by sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin—" - Romans 6: 6

" But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light." - 1 Peter 2: 9
