Aug 22nd, 2022: Life is a Game of Chess?

Is life a game of chess?

Sometimes I think it is; I must confess.

Is life a game of chess?
Sometimes I think it is; I must confess.

Our life is an outcome of many decisions.

We might make them from various directions.

We have our game result according to our different moves.

We have no choice but to make out next move. Hopefully, we are in our grove.

Procrastination is one of our biggest problems in life.

We cannot make our decisions because our hearts are not together with our minds.

We cannot avoid making a move in a chess game.

We have to go ahead with one within a designed time frame.

It is easy to live life with regrets when we make wrong choices.

Forgiving oneself is not possible when there are many other voices.

A wrong move doesn't have to destroy the entire game of chess.

Having the discipline to gather ourselves for the next move might reveal our fineness.

Accepting God's forgiveness opens the door for a meaningful life.

We can either move forward with better opportunities or get stuck with the self-condemnation slide.

Recognizing an opportunity for our next move is fundamentally necessary for our game.

No move is unimportant, and the game won't be the same.

If death is the checkmate move, we conduct our life our way.

If life is the checkmate move, God will have the last say.

"I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, "who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty." - Revelation 1: 8
