Aug 13th, 2022: Thoughts About Heaven While Being on A Road Trip

We are on our first road trip to the US since March 2020. Whitefish in Montana is our destination.

It was a dream during the months of isolation.

It is fascinating to see how our habits have changed.

We have to be specific about things that used to be mundane.

Traveling is no longer as exciting compared to what it used to be.

We feel as if our movements are monitored exceedingly.

We should be grateful that there will be no checking for vaccine passports at the gate of heaven.

We don't have to fill out the Arrive-Heaven form because we are already God's kingdom citizens.

We have no need for passport checking either.

We are God's children because of His compassion according to His pleasure.

There is no need for us to clear custom before entering where God is.

All earthy possession should be left behind; we just need to be.

It is the first time ever we experience no malice, fear, or evil intent.

Our first movement of eternal experience is more than just an event.

"Welcome Home", God says as He prepares our place at the table.

Our identity is now completely restored. We don't have to worry about labels.

"And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also." - John 14: 3
