Matthew 7: 7
"Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you."
He told me how much he hates his father.
The father had been emotionally abusive toward his mother.
Four years ago, she left to see some friends and never came back.
A single-car accident took her away from their pack.
He was closer to his mother than his siblings.
He misses her with an unanswerable longing.
Many questions as he continues to struggle with his dad.
Their relationship is somewhere between indifferent and bad.
He has lapsed into the darkness of emotion.
Negative thoughts and anxiety have taken his mental condition.
Suicide seems to be an attractive option for the time being.
God is nowhere to be close, and he is questioning.
Being still is very challenging to him.
He sees nothing but feels anger and life distancing.
He wants help, but he does not know how.
Life seems to escape him with the here and now.
I pray that God will open a window of hope.
He needs to get off his downward slope.
