June 12th, 2022: Things We Love to Do
I wonder if I can fly on my own, where would I go?
Would I fly to help people or would I just do it for a show?
I wish I could sing and hit all the notes.
What would be my motivation to sing? To impress people or to communicate what my faith promotes?
I love to know how to paint so every single movement of my hand would convey beauty and its intricacy.
Would I use my hand to reveal the greatness of God or the desire for human intimacy?
I love to walk for a long walk in the morning to start my day with some spiritual solitude.
I desire to be alone with God so I can embrace the depth in being with multitude.
I don't mind to have time just to sit and read and do nothing.
It is when I discover the true art of contentment and it is growing.
I love to cook because it is an art between mixing the richness of ingredients and the vast expression of spices.
It is like learning to know God with our brokenness while looking towards the heaven with delight.
I enjoy an intimate conversation that brings about special connection with someone I love.
My life expands with amazement and my heart explodes in its own abode.
I am thankful for the beauty of life and the meaning of enriching relationships.
I thank God for such a time because I can ever go so deep.
Isaiah 41: 10
"Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
