May 17th, 2022: Bird Watching

Bird watching is an activity that many folks have got into lately.

Maybe it has to do with Covid. People need to get outdoor safely.

Some say it is economical and relaxing to do.

It is also a chance to get out and choose a park to walk through.

It is something we can do year-round.

Nothing can be more relaxing than listening to birds' sounds.

We can use the same principle in our relationships with God.

We just need to get away from our busy routine and have to chance to hear His thoughts.

Sometimes we need to rest in His promises.

We can also walk away from the fear of being compromised.

Loving God is to have our yearning for simplicity.

It grants us the needed clarity.

We can see God in natural beauty and within us and others.

It is like being able to enjoy a symphony with various gifted performers.

Life is a lot better with thankfulness and understanding.

We would not have to be bothered by mindless searching.

Bird watching helps us to be in touch with what is essential.

Just listen to them and be aware of our Godly potential.

Psalm 104: 12

"The birds of the sky nest by the waters; they sing among the branches."

Job 39: 27-29

"Does the eagle soar at your command and build its nest on high? It dwells on a cliff and stays there at night; a rocky crag is its stronghold. From there it looks for food; its eyes detect it from afar. "
