June 1st, 2022: Signs of The Last Days Continues...

 

"But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people." - 2 Timothy 3: 1-5

Arrogant: It is the behavior of small-minded people. Arrogance is the fruit of insecurity and empty boasting. Arrogant people are not very self-aware. They look in the mirror and believe that no one makes a matter. In our arrogance we fail to understand the nature of God's gifts and blessings. 

Abusive: This is how some people find pleasure in life. They like to be the cause of suffering for many others. They are manipulative in how they control others. They have no conscience in doing that. Abusive relationships can be deadly and kills hope and joy slowly.

Disobedient to their parents: It is interesting to see that the Scripture mentions this as a sign of the last days. Parents no longer have significant roles in raising children. Some people even say that many kids are raised by electronic devices nowadays. Children will be disobedient when there is no guideline and relationship.
