April 30th, 2022: What Do We See?

It has been more than two months since Russia tried to invade Ukraine.

The whole world is now going insane.

We live in a very fragile time of humanity.

The basis of our human understanding of ourselves is a fallacy.

We think we have learned and gotten better about appreciating life.

That is denial because we have been entrenched in our own web of lies.

We certainly can do things faster and more accurately.

However, our moral foundation has been torn apart, and our sense of proper direction has become terribly foggy.

We don't even know who tells the truth anymore.

So we cannot discern the difference between information and misinformation on our own accord.

We are all biased because of either self-serving interests or fears.

We talk about science as if it is a new saviour while being ignorant about how we have corrupted all good gifts of God for many years.

Priests, scientists, doctors, politicians, and celebrities are not free from the temptation of being corrupted.

Nothing, we can discover or create, is sin-exempted.

Our madness happens when we fail to accept the fact that we don't see the whole picture.

Learning to be humbly on our knees is critical at this juncture.

Some of us cheer when we learn that Mr. Musk might take over Twitter.

Well, I would rather see more of us become truth and faith seekers.

2 Corinthians 4: 18

"So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal."

Isaiah 6: 9

"He said, “Go, and tell this people:

‘Keep on listening, but do not perceive;

Keep on looking, but do not understand.’"
