April 17th, 2022: Happy Easter!

What do we celebrate on this day?

There is so much going on in the world that makes our hearts dismayed?

What evil do we need to overcome?

We cry out to God to deliver us from our spiritual slum.

What we perceive as freedom might just be a form of slavery.

We have hidden the beauty of God while pushing our human agenda steadily.

Those who are willing to stand up for what is revealed by God in the Bible,

will be condemned by governments and special interest groups with libels.

Our world is now full of distortion and untruth.

How can we understand the meaning of the resurrection in a world full of rotten fruits?

It is far more confusing to know what people mean by beautiful and just.

Self-serving plans now simply reflect our rubric of lust.

We cannot embrace the meaning and the benefits of the resurrection if we live in denial.

It is a common human life experience in dealing with our own survival.

The resurrection is about regaining our life.

Surviving is not in the plan God has intended for us; it should die.

Happy Easter to you and your family!

The Lord Has Risen. Let's us ponder on that in our serenity.

John 11: 25-26

"Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?"

Matthew 28: 5-6

"The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay."
